Best before: 45 days from the production date. Storage: after opening, keep frozen and consume as soon as possible.

Orders are usually shipped within one week. Orders placed by Monday may ship as early as the following day. Granola and cookies are generally shipped at ambient temperature. From May through November, and whenever temperatures require it, we use refrigerated delivery. Shipping fees vary by method and destination. Domestic orders within Japan of ¥8,000 or more ship free. Please confirm the final shipping fee at checkout. Because these are food products, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted. If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within three days of delivery.
